Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for no-shows. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.
Yes, you can reschedule your booking without any additional charges if you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the activity will be subject to a 50% fee, in line with our cancellation policy. Note that rescheduled tours might be subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
No, tours are charged per group, so the price remains the same whether you book for 3 or 11 people. We do not charge per person. Transfers are charged per trip, meaning if we transfer 2 or more people to the same destination, the price will remain the same.
We recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. For winter tours, dress in layers and bring gloves, hats, and sunglasses. For summer tours, wear comfortable hiking boots and sun protection.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance that covers outdoor activities. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe experience, having your insurance provides additional peace of mind.
