Terms and Conditions of Service for SnowPeak BC Inc
1. Transportation Service
1.1. SnowPeak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc will provide transportation services for pickup and delivery as requested by the client and confirmed by the company.
1.2. Pickup and delivery times will be agreed upon between SnowPeak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc and the client at the time of booking. Timeliness is a key objective of our company; however, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as heavy traffic, adverse weather conditions, or air traffic issues.
1.3. SnowPeak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc will wait for up to two (2) hours for the client/student at the airport. After this waiting period, an additional charge of $35 per hour will apply.
2. B2C Reservations and Payments
2.1. All reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
2.2. The client must provide accurate information when making a reservation, including flight details and contact information.
2.3. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made before the commencement of the service. Payments can be made online, in cash, or by credit card.
3. B2B Reservations and Payments
2.1. All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.
2.2. The school must provide accurate student information when making a reservation, including flight details and contact information. The school must also provide the student with all contact details of SnowPeak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc. Any changes to the flight itinerary must be communicated through the various communication channels.
2.3. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, unpaid invoices will be subject to a 2% late fee.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
3.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will not be refundable.
3.3. In the event of a flight cancellation or delay, the client must inform SnowPeak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc as soon as possible to reschedule the transportation service. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the new schedule, subject to vehicle availability.
5. Liability and Insurance
4.1. SnowPeak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings left in the vehicle during transportation.
4.2. The company carries liability insurance that covers passengers during transportation. Any claims for injuries or damages must be reported to SnowPeak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc within 24 hours of the incident.
6. No Smoking and Vehicle Damage Policy
5.1. Smoking is prohibited in all SnowPeak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc vehicles.
5.2. The client will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle as a result of negligent or improper behavior during transportation.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1. These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the location where the service is provided.
6.2. Any dispute related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the location where the service is provided.
By booking our services, the client agrees to and is bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
