Safety & accessibility
The drive from YVR to Whistler takes 2 to 2.5 hours along the Sea to Sky Highway, a winding mountain route; if you get carsick, consider sitting up front. In winter our vehicles are equipped for snow conditions, but during heavy storms the trip can take longer than usual, so build in extra time if you have a connecting flight. There's plenty of room for ski or snowboard gear, just let us know how much when you book.

How much is a private transfer from YVR?
Transfers are priced per vehicle based on your group size, not per person (from $100 CAD for one person within Vancouver), and each vehicle fits up to 11 passengers.
Do you provide baby car seats or booster seats?
Yes, at no extra cost. Just tell us your child's age or size when booking and we'll have the seat installed and ready when you arrive.
Are the baby car seats really free, or is that an extra charge?
They're completely free, both the baby car seat and the booster seat. It's part of the service, not a paid add on.
Do you track flights?
Yes. Share your flight number at booking and we coordinate the pick-up with your real arrival time, including delays.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full deposit refund with 72+ hours notice. Between 24 and 72 hours before the trip, we refund 50% of the total. With less than 24 hours' notice, the charge is non-refundable. Message us first if it's last-minute.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase and one carry-on at no extra cost. If you need more room (ski gear, strollers, etc.), let us know when booking so we assign the right vehicle.
Where does the driver wait at the airport?
Right outside the arrivals area, with a sign showing your name. We coordinate the exact spot based on whether your flight is domestic or international.
