Terms and Conditions
These are the Terms and Conditions of Service of Snow Peak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc, the operating company behind the Snow Peak BC brand. By booking a tour or transfer with Snow Peak BC, you agree to the terms below.
1. Transportation Service
- 1.1 Snow Peak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc. will provide pick-up and delivery transportation services as requested by the customer and confirmed by the company.
- 1.2 Pick-up and delivery schedules will be agreed upon between Snow Peak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc. and the customer at the time of booking. While punctuality is a primary objective, the company shall not be held responsible for delays beyond its control, such as heavy traffic, adverse weather conditions, or air traffic issues.
- 1.3 Snow Peak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc. will wait for the customer/student at the airport for up to two (2) hours. After this waiting period, a fee of $45 per hour will be charged.
2. Reservations and Payments
- 2.1 All reservations must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and accurate booking details.
- 2.2 Customers must provide complete and accurate information at the time of booking, including flight details, contact information, and any other pertinent data. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that Snow Peak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc.'s contact details are shared with all relevant parties. Any changes to the flight itinerary must be promptly communicated through the designated communication channels.
- 2.3 A deposit of 50% is required to secure a reservation. This deposit is refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in section 3.1. This deposit confirms the booking and guarantees the availability of the service.
- 2.4 The remaining balance of the invoice must be paid in full no later than 72 hours before the scheduled service date. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund of the deposit.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 3.1 Reservations canceled with a minimum of 72 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
- 3.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are considered final and non-refundable.
- 3.3 In the event of a flight cancellation or delay, customers are required to notify Snow Peak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc. immediately. The company will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the transportation service, subject to vehicle availability and operational constraints. Additional charges may apply if significant changes to the service schedule are required.
- 3.4 Snow Peak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel services in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather conditions or operational issues. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative or a full refund, depending on the situation.
4. Liability and Insurance
- 4.1 Snow Peak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc. shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings left in the vehicle during transportation.
- 4.2 The company maintains liability insurance covering passengers during transportation. Any claims for injuries or damages must be reported to Snow Peak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc. within 24 hours of the incident.
5. No Smoking Policy and Vehicle Damage
- 5.1 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles operated by Snow Peak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc.
- 5.2 Customers will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligent or improper behavior during transportation.
6. General Provisions
- 6.1 All services provided by Snow Peak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc. are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. By confirming a reservation, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.
- 6.2 Snow Peak Fulfillment & Logistics Inc. shall not be held liable for delays, missed flights, or other issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer or circumstances beyond the company's control.
- 6.3 These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The latest version will be made available to customers upon request.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- 7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is provided.
- 7.2 Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where the service is provided.
Pricing note
All prices quoted are shown in Canadian (CA$) funds. All rates are subject to tax increases unless otherwise noted in the Travel Services proposal, booking confirmations and/or invoices.
